Badminton Ireland is committed to improving our sport from grass roots to elite level.
In doing so, we are now working through our second Strategic Plan. This plan is more focused and sets out particular challenges which we must meet and overcome in order to move our sport forward.
Times are changing and as a result we are being asked to become more professional in our approach and in our dealings with other organisations. To do this requires us to rethink how we operate and this is reflected in the improvements which are necessary as now set out in our current Strategic Plan.
By using this Plan as our guide and with the co-operation of our members we will achieve our goals.
This can only be of benefit to our sport.
