Updated u15 Badminton Ireland Team Selection Policy

Due to the lateness of the U15 Quadrangular event there have been some minor changes to the u15 Badminton Ireland Team Selection Policy, notably:

Irish U 17 Player Announcement

The Irish Under 17 player announcement originally planed to be in December will not be announced until January.
